Simon Biggs, Principal Consultant

Since our inception in 2008, Blue and Green has had the pleasure of working with many clients which have ranged from prestigious sports clubs, heritage sites, high street restaurants, footsie 100 companies, and internationally recognised business.

Today the business continues to grow primarily out of direct referrals or from being invited by other established consultancy’s to manage specialist catering projects on their behalf. Simon Biggs, our principal consultant who owns the company and leads the majority of our assignments brings with him a wealth of experience that spans over 25 years, during which time he has held Directorships with many international renowned contract caterers.

In addition to his role as Principal Consultant, Simon is also Founder and Chairman of the Catering & Hospitality Committee for the British Institute of Facilities Management and previously Vice Chairman for the Institute of Hospitality.
